1. Avoid bed tea in the morning:
Are you also one of them that have tea in the morning immediately after waking up. If yes then you should avoid it. And try to change your habit. You should not have tea as your morning drink but yes you can have it after 2-3 times as per your wish.
2. Add some desi ghee in your diet:
You should add some desi ghee in your diet routine. Desi ghee actually helps to reduce cholesterol level in your body . But all you have to do is just do not drink water before and after having a meal immediately. You can drink water after a gap of at least half an hour.
3. Use coconut sources in your diet:
Coconut use is really good for your health. Coconut contains zero cholesterol level in it. It is also used by many of us in making tasty dishes. It is used in making dishes like coconut chutneys, coconut barfis and laddus. Also for spreading it over dishes. You can also have coconut juice. It would be very beneficial for your health.

4. For breakfast:
You should have poha, upma, idli or parantha in your breakfast instead of any oats. Breakfast should be very heavy as compared to lunch and dinner. 5. Eat fruits as compared to fruit juice:
You should eat fruits as compared to fruit juice. As it will provide you additional fibre too. So it would be more beneficial for your health. If you are going to drink any fruit juice, make sure it is fresher one. Do not use close packed juices.

8. Do not think about calories:

9. Use seed / coconut oil only:
It would be really beneficial to use seed oils like sunflower oil, peanut oil etc. Rather than it coconut oil is also good for health. There would be no sense to use olive oil or rice bran oil by just looking at its attractive packing. Instead of using refined oil, one should use kachi ghani or sunflower/ sarson oil. So use it & stay fit.
10. Do not just focus on green tea:
It would not be a good thing also if you just focus on your dieting and green tea. A tea should not be a source of suppressing your hunger. You should eat some healthy food when you feel hungry.
11. Add fruits in your diet:
Add fruits in your daily routine. And remember that, it does not matter at all that you are having which fruit. because fructose is present in all fruits mostly. You can have apple, banana, guava, mango, orange, pineapple or any other fruit that you like. Pineapple is really beneficial for patients of uric acid. Even you are suffering from diabetes then also you should eat fruits because fructose lowers the blood glucose level in our body. It will help you to stay fit.
12. Regular exercise or yoga to stay fit :
You should have regular exercise or yoga in your daily routine. Specially people suffering from PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) or thyroid disorders should do regular exercise or yoga daily.It would help you to stay fit and healthy. And should avoid junk food & some unhealthy market products too.
