Hey guys, how are you. hope you all are doing well. today I am going to tell you about a diet routine that you should follow for living a healthy life. Healthy eating is about having good and healthy food, by which you will have more energy and power and you will feel great and will lead to a healthy and happy life.
Here is the diet routine chart time wise from day to night time.
1.When you wake up in the morning-
Firstly for maintaining your diet routine make it your habit to wake up in the morning before 7’o clock. If you wake up late it is not good for your health and you would definitely having mood swings whole day. So please friends i recommend you all to have a healthy and good diet routine and wake up earlier.
For heart patients-
I guess you must already knew it , you should eat garlic clove in the morning first. this garlic clove daily will act as the same way as you take medicines daily as it reduces viscosity of blood and makes it thin so as to reduce the danger of arteriosclerosis or heart attack.
Persons that are normal or not suffering from any heart disease can also use this remedy of eating garlic clove.
2. Drinking Honey and Lemon juice daily-
Yes friends if you will drink this mixture daily you will see the result yourself. Firstly it will help you to look fit and will provide you enough energy for whole day to feel better and energetic. What you have to do is just squeeze a lemon in a glass of water and then add 1-2 table spoons of honey in it. Mix it well and drink.
Adding a little black pepper to this mixture will give you enough good results.
It will be proved better for your diet routine.
3. Having a heavy breakfast-
Yes guys, if you are on dieting too, please do not skip your breakfast. Our breakfast should be rich enough in proteins, carbohydrates and other nutrients to provide excess nutrition to our body. Having an pretty rich breakfast full of nutrients will give you more energy and power for your whole day. If you are on diet also, in that case also do not skip breakfast and that is upon your wish that what you want to eat rest of the day according to your diet routine plan.
4. Drink more and more water-
If you are a working man or woman I really wanna tell you that you should carry water bottles with yourself in your office or wherever you are working. If you are a student too, you should carry a water bottle in your school or college. You should drink enough water or as much water as you can.
Do you know about 60 -75% of our body is made of water so by this i think you are able to think that how much water is important to us for living. It has so many functions like-
It clears up your skin making it soft and smooth.
It really helps in losing weight by reducing your appetite.
It helps in increasing excretion of toxic wastes in our body like creatinine, urea , uric acid and some other vitamins , hormones etc leading you to live a healthy life.
5. Take calcium-
After you are done with a healthy and heavy breakfast you just have to drink a glass of milk to meet the calcium demands or requirements of your body.
I really recommend you guys to have cow’s milk instead of any other. Cow’s milk is very beneficial as compared to others. It is very nutritious in nature and helps in brain development also. Our daily calcium requirement is 350 mg as 250 mg calcium present in our body is already excreted out in urine so please take calcium accordingly to your body needs that will fulfil calcium demands or requirements in your body.
5. Have a healthy lunch-
Friends you should have lunch in your meal that is full of carbohydrates , vitamins and other nutrients. Your lunch should not be heavy enough and should be lighter than breakfast and it should be not full of so much proteins or fats so to give your body a natural and good shape or contour.
You should take salad in your lunch along with food. Salad can include cucumber , tomatoes , onions or any others that you want to include in it you can.
Also take desert along with your breakfast like you can take lassi , curd or any other desert of your wish.
Taking salads along with your diet increases ease of digestion and absorption in our body and will help you to excrete out metabolic wastes.
6. Have a fruit meal-
Friends you should definitely take your fruit meal once a day. The time when you have to take it is in between 4’o clock to 6’o clock.Fruit meal is very important in your daily routine. You can include apples , bananas , guavas , or any other fruits of your wish in this meal . It will definitely be very beneficial for your body and will provide you enough of energy and charm.You can take juice or any other shake but remember before 7’o clock.
Just remember friends if you are doing breakfast like a king , lunch like a middle class and then your dinner should be like a beggar.
It would not cause any harm to you if you skip it but i really recommend to have dinner but it should be very light and try to have your dinner meal before 8 p.m so that it will be digested before you sleep and no fat storage will take place leading to unhealthy nature of your body.
In your dinner you can include normal 1 or maximum 2 chapatis with any soup or vegetable in which you are comfortable.
So that was all about a healthy routine that will make your day energetic and happy and will add charm and glow to your face.
Including Yoga or any other exercises will automatically increase benefits and give your body a proper contour.
Some important things-
- You should do a walk after a meal.
- Do not drink water just after the meal . Drink water after some gap.
- If you had a cucumber , you should not drink water for at least 1 hour also same with melons.
- You can drink milk after you dinner as in some people milk helps in digestion of food , but in some other cases milk protein that is casein is not easy to digest so they can not afford having milk at night time. So guys this was the diet routine and important facts that you must follow for living a happier and healthier life. One must follow this diet routine.
